Briefly, our dispute resolution procedure requires that you submit your claim to either binding arbitration or file in a small claims court in the county where you live. JusticeXpress will pay all of the costs of arbitration, including filing fees, and your attorney’s fee for this dispute, if you are successful in making your claim. An Arbitration will be conducted in the county where you live.
